We recently spent a week at Thansur Hotel, nestled in the serene highlands of Bokor Mountain. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff genuinely made us feel like family. The dining options were diverse and delicious, with meals that catered to our tastes. However, I did notice some aging facilities that could use updates, and the customer service at Champa café was surprisingly slow at times.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, I felt like part of the family. The staff were genuinely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location at the top of Bokor Mountain provided a serene atmosphere, although the hotel had limited activities since part of it was closed off. The dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of dishes that were delicious. While the hotel is quite large, it doesn't seem to have a lot of entertainment facilities, but the comfortable stay made up for that.
